My name is Cyndi Morgan, and this is my WILDFIT journey...
In 2018, I was a mother of a 2 year old toddler, and I could not keep up with her. I was overweight by 30 lbs, felt sleepy in the afternoons, and unmotivated to workout. I was confused by the diet industry--what foods can I eat and what foods are actually bad for me. I knew about Genetically Modified Organisms (GMOs) and buying organic, but I didn't realize the history of what our ancestors ate and how it affected the way we process foods. The food industry doesn't want us to know the truth, which is why there is so much confusing and contradictory information out there. I found WILDFIT® through Mindvalley as I was desperate for a change, desperate for more energy, and I wanted to look and feel good about myself.
I played full out in my WILDFIT 90 Day Challenge, and I was amazed by my results. I lost 20 lbs and over 24 inches around my body...without having to do strenuous exercise or feel too hungry. As a result, I signed up right away to become certified as a WILDFIT® coach. I know it works because I have helped over 130 people achieve transformations in their bodies, their weight, and their attitudes about the foods they ate and their self-image.
I am also a Reiki Master in Usui/Holy Fire Reiki Ryoho. I believe in energy healing, and I incorporate this into my coaching calls. If you're feeling stressed and have lost control of your relationship with food, it's time to think about how you are treating your body now, will impact your health in the future. Are you treating your body well, or treating it badly? It's not too late.
